2024 Renovation Sale Policy

All discounted items are final sale and sold “as-is”, in their current condition, with no representations, guarantees, or warranties from Expressions Jewelers. Discounted items, special orders, custom items, and altered items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

General Return Policy

At Expressions Jewelers, your satisfaction is our priority. We provide a 30-day return or exchange window for eligible merchandise purchased in-store or online. The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:

  • Special orders
  • Custom orders
  • Final sale items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, merchandise must:

  • Be in unworn and unaltered condition, as at the time of purchase.
  • Include the original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

Refunds and Exchange Options

For eligible returns or exchanges, we offer:

  • Refunds in the original form of payment or as in-store credit.
  • Cash refunds over $50 will be issued by check.
  • Refunds for trade-ins or scrap are issued as in-store credit only.

Exceptions and Special Cases

  • Special Orders, Custom Work, and Altered Items
    • These items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Gift Cards
    • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
  • Eligible Merchandise with a Gift Receipt
    • Items accompanied by a gift receipt may be exchanged for other merchandise or a gift card within 30 days of purchase.
  • Estate Jewelry
    • Pre-owned Estate Jewelry is sold “as-is” and is not eligible for refunds. However, unaltered Estate Jewelry may be exchanged within 15 days of the original purchase date.
  • Sale Items (excluding items sold during the Renovation Sale period)
    • Sale items may be exchanged within 15 days if they remain unaltered. Refunds are not available for sale items.
  • Lab-Grown Diamonds
    • Lab-grown diamonds are not eligible for refunds but may be exchanged within 15 days, provided they remain unaltered.
  • Lab-Grown Diamond Jewelry
    • Lab-grown diamond jewelry is also not eligible for refunds but may be exchanged within 15 days, provided it remains unaltered.
  • “As-Is” Items
    • All pre-owned items, including Estate Jewelry, are sold in their current condition with no guarantees or warranties of any kind and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Finality of Trade-Ins and Scrap Purchases

  • Customer trade-ins and scrap purchases for store credit, check, or cash are final.

Preparing your Return by Mail 

To return a shipped item to ExpressionsJewelers.com, please follow these instructions:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your original order number, full name, shipping address, and billing address, item(s) to be returned, and reason for the return.
  2. You will receive a pre-paid shipping label and packing slip within 4 business days.
  3. Box your item securely, in the original packaging, and packing slip.
  4. Print and stick the pre-paid label to the outside of your package.
  5. Ship your package.

Please note that Expressions Jewelers is not responsible for merchandise that's not received or not returned in accordance with these terms.

Once your return is received, our team will inspect and begin to process your shipment. If everything looks good, we will credit your original payment method, excluding delivery charges, within 15 business days of receiving your return.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Pickup Instore – Complimentary, ready within one to two business days.
  • Standard Shipping - $10 flat rate ($25.00 for select giftware) and free for orders over $299. Ships within five business days, with delivery taking 5-10 business days.
  • Next Day Shipping - $70 flat rate and free for orders over $4999. Ships within three business days, with delivery the next business day (where available).

For your security, orders over $1,000 will require a signature for delivery.

Custom and Special Order Jewelry

All custom work and special orders require a 25% non-refundable deposit and must be paid-in-full at time of pick-up. Merchandise must be paid for and picked up within 90 days of completion. 

Layaway

Layaway is available for in-store purchases only.

Maximum four-month layaway available on qualifying in-stock purchases of $300 or more. Not available on discounted merchandise, not available on special orders. 

A 25% deposit and up to four-equal monthly payments required. The item must be paid-in-full and picked-up by the completion date.

If the item is not collected within four months, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment less a $25.00 cancellation fee.

Repair Terms

Items are submitted to Expressions Jewelers for repair only and we will not act as an insurer of the items listed for repair. We will repair or replace any article that is lost, stolen, or damaged due to our negligence, up to the value declared by the customer. Should no value be listed it will be assumed that value is less than $75.00.

Listed prices and verbal estimates are predicated on Expressions Jewelers keeping any and all old material. Minimum charge of $25.00 for returned material.

Expressions Jewelers is not responsible for articles left over 90 days.
